How much am I going to pay to get my radio fixed?
- Most repairs cost between $50.00 and $75.00(taxes, shipping and handling not included) if it is more I will email with an estimate. If you refuse estimate I will charge for parts used to get the estimate along with S/H and insurance.
How can I pay?
- Personal check , takes between 7 - 14 business days to clear
- Money order
- Paypal
- Instructions for payment will be emailed with the repair invoice
How should I ship a radio to get it fixed?
- EMAIL me first! Checkout the Tracking Number page!
- I prefer the post office; it is easier for me to pick up the packages. Our repair business is very rural so the shipping companies have a problem locating us, especially in the winter with a new driver!

How long is the repair going to take?
- Usually it takes 9 - 21 business days, if it is going to take longer I will tell you up front before you even ship it.
Is there a warranty?
- Yes, my warranty is 90 days for work performed
We do not cover customer mistakes like:
- plugging in backwards
- high SWR's
- etc
What about returns?
- Yes, email for RA number.
What about personal information and privacy concerns?
We hate spam and under NO circumstances will I ever send e-mail to someone without their permission. I will NEVER sell or provide your e-mail address to anyone or to an unauthorized third party.
We receive and store information that you give us when you send items or e-mail us. We need this information for billing and shipping as well as tax purposes.
